Hotel Accommodations

Discounted rate: $199/night (plus taxes) at the Hyatt Regency. Once you have completed registration, you will be emailed a link to book your hotel at the discounted rate. Rooms are available until the block is full or until the cutoff date of May 10, whichever comes first.

Margot has 24 years of senior living experience ranging from hospice, home health, skilled nursing, and senior living continuum of care retirement communities. She has also worked with senior living rental communities including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and active adult. As International Director of Training and Coaching, Margot uses her diverse experience to support sales and operations through coaching and training Prospect-Centered Selling®.

Reed Davis

International Director of Training and Coaching

Reed’s career in senior living began 17 years ago as Director of Marketing and Admissions at a skilled nursing facility in Omaha, Nebraska. As International Director of Training and Coaching, Reed supports the PCS methodology and tools that help communities achieve and sustain the benchmarks of Best Sales Performers.

Who should attend?
Sales directors, marketing directors, regional sales managers, executive directors, and sales support staff. This training event is open to everyone who wants to align sales efforts across their organization and find inspiration alongside industry peers.

Is there a dress code?
Dress code is business casual attire. Because the event is indoors, you may want to bring a jacket or sweater.

Are meals included?
On Monday, there will be a Welcome Reception with hors d’oeuvres. On Tuesday, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Dinner on Tuesday is on your own to allow attendees to experience what Clearwater has to offer. On Wednesday, breakfast will be provided.

What airport do I fly into?
We recommend you fly into Tampa International or Clearwater Regional

  • Suggested Arrival: before 5pm on May 28th
    • You won’t want to miss the opportunity to watch the glorious golf coast sunset and mingle with the group at our roof top cocktail reception at 5pm! It also allows you to check-in to the conference early, making Wednesday morning more relaxing.
    • Late arrival: If you decide to come in late Tuesday or even Wednesday morning, check-in Wednesday begins at 7:30-8:45am
  • Suggested Departure: any time after 2pm on May 30th is our recommendation.
    • We fully appreciate that everyone wants to get home, sleep in their beds and see their family. We also appreciate that you have made an investment of time and money to attend the Sales Culture Starter. We want you to get the most out of your investment and get home in a timely manner. With this goal in mind, Thursday morning is FULL of practical applications to elevate sales, including CRM breakout sessions. We promise to wrap things up promptly at 12pm so that you can catch your flights home.

Is there a shuttle service from the airport?
The Hyatt does not have transportation to and from the airport. Some transportation resources include: Uber, Lyft

  • Groups: pre-arrange for transportation local limo services
  • On-site hotel parking: $15 per day

How do I book my hotel room? 
To get your conference discounted rate, an email with booking information will be sent to each attendee after tickets are purchased. You can also use the following methods:

  • Room cost: $199/night
  • Deadlines: the last day to book your room is May 10, 2024. Name changes on, or other transfers of, room reservations will not be accepted after the Cut-Off Date

What will the weather be like?
The average high for this time of year is the low 80’s and the evening low is around 73. In this part of Florida, there is always chance of late afternoon rain.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?
Laptop, something to write with, a list of your current strategy ideas to discuss during the training.

Can I get an invoice instead of paying by credit card?
Invoices will be available for groups of 11 or more only.

How do I get the group rate for my team?
You will be prompted to provide contact information for each attendee when you register online. Group rates will automatically apply when a 4th person is added to the Tickets section.
