The 2025 Aline Innovation Summit (AIS) brought together senior living professionals from across the country for two days of bold ideas, practical insights, and mission-driven momentum. Hosted in the heart of Nashville, the event sparked conversations that went beyond strategy, focusing on purpose, connection, and the future of senior living operations.

AIS was packed with memorable experiences, meaningful conversations, and moments of inspiration. Whether connecting at the welcome reception, diving into breakout sessions, or celebrating under the Nashville skyline, attendees left energized and full of fresh perspective.

A Warm Welcome to Kick Off the Event

We opened AIS with a relaxed welcome reception, offering the perfect setting for attendees to connect — or reconnect — before sessions began. With music, drinks, h’orderves, and great company, it set the tone for the collaboration and energy that followed.

Reconnecting With Purpose

Ben Nemtin’s opening keynote challenged us to rethink what leadership can look like when it starts with personal purpose. He shared stories and strategies for aligning individual goals with team momentum and reminded us that anything is possible when we stay true to our “why.” 

That inspiration carried over to our interactive Dream Wall, where attendees wrote down personal and professional bucket list goals. From professional development aspirations to traveling the world, the wall became a space for reflection and conversation throughout the event.

Hearing Directly From Our CEO

In one of the most anticipated moments of the event, Aline’s new CEO, Brandon Logsdon, shared his personal story and the experiences that brought him to senior living. He spoke about simplifying complex operations and ensuring every leader has the tools and visibility to succeed — all with a deep focus on resident and staff well-being.
