Fall 2024
Aline Culture Starter

November 18-20, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV

Set your team up for a strong start in 2025, unlock the potential of your team and elevate your community’s success with the Sales Culture Starter. Learn how to engage with your prospects using Aline’s proven Prospect-Centered Selling (PCS) strategy this November.

Why Prospect-Centered Selling® Matters

Prospect-Centered Selling flips the script— instead of focusing on volume and velocity it’s all about understanding the unique needs, desires, and concerns of each prospect and crafting a personalized experience that speaks directly to them.

This approach energizes your sales process by focusing on building genuine connections, listening deeply, and offering solutions that resonate with what truly matters to your prospects. It’s not about pushing products or services; it’s about partnering with prospects on their journey, providing value, and making them feel heard and understood. By focusing on unique meaningful follow-up and small closes throughout the process you will make your community stand out amongst all other competitors. By putting the prospect at the heart of every interaction, you’ll create lasting relationships, increase trust, and ultimately, close more sales with confidence and authenticity.

Sounds too good to be true? Its not! Hear how The Aspenwood Company has utilized Prospect-Centered Selling to grow occupancy to over 90%.
