A shared vision for senior living operations

In 2023, three of the leading companies in senior living software — Enquire, Glennis, and Sherpa — united to form Aline.

Leveraging the unique strengths and areas of expertise of each company, Aline’s sole purpose is to help guide senior living onto an accelerative path — one that elevates the operator and resident experience while driving higher returns for owners and investors.

We know efficiency is among the highest priorities for operators everywhere right now. And we’re dedicated to helping senior living communities make the absolute best of the resources available to them.

That means enabling:
Clarity instead of guesswork.
Speed instead of however-long-it-takes.
Connection instead of piecemeal solutions.

Senior living management can be complex and challenging, which is why we’ve made it our mission to simplify it.

Mission

To empower home-based and community-based senior living operators with technology solutions that help them grow fearlessly, produce superior operating returns and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Vision

To guide senior living on an accelerative path, creating a ripple effect that positively impacts investors, operators, older adults and senior living caregivers alike.

Our Values

We are committed to developing and delivering technology solutions for senior living leaders that drive growth and improve operational efficiency while enhancing the lives of the older adults we serve. Our values act as the cornerstone of our organizational culture, informing our team’s daily efforts and our company behavior.

Built by senior living leaders for senior living leaders, our solutions keep our customers and the senior living industry at the center of everything we do. We live every day committed to understanding customer needs and delivering personalized service and solutions that uniquely solve for senior living. This is possible only because of our focus on building strong, long-term client partnerships based on trust and respect.

Our efforts are informed by the belief that excellence is a standard, not an output. We strive for excellence in all aspects of our work, from product design and development to customer service, ensuring that we exceed expectations, deliver what we promise on time and relentlessly focus on the quality and usability of our solutions.

Using our technological expertise, we partner with our customers to constantly explore new ideas and approaches that enhance their operations and the lives of the older adults they serve. We deploy judiciously and rapidly to deliver best-in-class solutions that move the needle at scale.

We don’t stand in the way of progress. We support an open ecosystem and the benefits it provides our customers.

We derive our motivation, inspiration, and purpose from the individuals we serve and the older adults they serve. We recognize aging is a universal experience and that we have a responsibility to use the resources at our disposal for good. We are committed to ethical and sustainable business practices.

Brad is committed to partnering closely with industry leaders and partners to drive technology transformation and considers it a huge privilege to improve the lives of seniors and those who care for them by delivering innovative solutions designed by and for providers.
