Brandon Logsdon
CEO
Brandon Logsdon is a seasoned executive with deep experience scaling B2B and B2B2C SaaS companies with expertise across CRM, payments, data platforms, and loyalty solutions. As CEO of Aline, he is focused on helping senior living operators meet rising complexity with intuitive, scalable software that improves efficiency and enhances the resident lifecycle.
Prior to joining Aline, he served as CEO of Excentus, where he pioneered innovative software and programs that transformed how fuel and convenience retailers go to market, including the creation of the Fuel Rewards program, the most successful coalition marketing program in the United States. After Excentus’ sale to PDI Technologies, he was president of consumer engagement at PDI, leading several high-profile consumer programs and driving rapid revenue growth through organic expansion and 11 strategic acquisitions. Throughout his career, Brandon has been known for building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and delivering technology-driven innovation.
He holds a BBA in finance and marketing from Texas Christian University and enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Erin Hayes
President & Chief Growth Officer
As President and Chief Growth Officer, Erin oversees the company’s client-facing organizations including sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and the contact center.She believes that excellent data management and innovative technology is the key to enhancing performance. Erin also helps clients increase their occupancy by advising them on the implementation performance measurement of sales systems, so they can transform captured data into actionable insights. Erin was co-founder of Enquire, one of the fastest-growing CRM and growth platforms in the seniors housing and post-acute care industries.
Erin attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and moved to Denver shortly after graduating. While working full time in financial services she attended the University of Denver to pursue her graduate degrees in business and finance. In her free time Erin enjoys playing golf, tennis, traveling and spending time with her family.

Jeremy Burtel
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy is responsible for guiding Aline’s financial strategies as the company continues to grow and innovate. Burtel’s mission is to drive sustainable growth and reinvest in Aline’s senior living solutions aggressively. This strategic approach will ensure Aline continues to outpace its competition and deliver exceptional value to its stakeholders.
Burtel brings a wealth of financial leadership and SaaS experience from his previous CFO roles with RxLightning, Linnworks, and Foundation Radiology Group.

Jessica McDouall
Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer, Jessica brings more than two decades of experience leading customer success and operations teams across high-growth SaaS organizations. She leads Aline’s customer engagement strategy, building a framework that accelerates adoption, drives retention, and strengthens care delivery outcomes.Most recently, Jessica served as chief customer officer at Monetate, where she improved global post-sales operations by reducing onboarding time, increasing satisfaction, and helping more clients achieve long-term success. Jessica has also held senior leadership roles at Kibo, Community Brands, and SPS Commerce, consistently aligning technology, data, and services to deliver measurable results.

Nitin Somalwar
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Nitin is responsible for development and innovation across Aline’s industry-leading suite of senior living software solutions. With Somalwar’s deep expertise in SaaS data and analytics platforms, he is committed to developing innovative, customer-centric technologies designed to support senior living operators in their mission to enhance care quality, improve operational efficiency, and drive occupancy.
Previously, Somalwar served in leadership roles at Bottomline Technologies, where he facilitated the rapid expansion of a data science-driven, real-time analytics fintech platform, and Kareo, where he integrated and scaled the product suite from four products for revenue cycle management and electronic health records (EHR) into a single, scalable platform. Somalwar also held a leadership position at Salesforce, where he laid the groundwork to transform Salesforce from a small- and medium-size business (SMB) product to an enterprise SaaS CRM platform.

Matt Jesperson
Managing Director, Professional & Advisory Services
As Managing Director, Matt leads our professional and advisory services, transforming insights into measurable impact that drives better outcomes for our customers throughout the resident lifecycle.With 24 years of senior living experience spanning the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, Matt has served as Chief Customer Officer for Aline and Sherpa CRM, Partner & Chief Marketing Officer at Havensworth Senior Living, and Partner & Vice President of Marketing and Operations at Courtyard Senior Living. He champions excellence through empowered teams of great people who delight in delivering the best service experience possible.Matt holds a finance degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and finds his greatest joy exploring the outdoors with his wife and four children.

Sukhi Singh
Board Member & Advisor
Sukhi is a board member and serves as a strategic advisor to the company. He brings more than 20 years’ experience working at the intersection of real estate and technology, starting his tech career in 1999 as the Founder and COO of the leading enterprise spend management solution to the real estate industry. Over his career, Sukhi has also served in executive leadership positions at several property and health tech companies, helping to lead their transition from start up to merger or sale. He is currently an investor and advisor to several vertically focused technology companies, providing leadership in growth and product strategies.
Sukhi is most passionate about building value and quality outcomes into client relationships to support their success and improve the lives of the older adults they serve.
