Hotel rooms in the Aline block are for registered attendees only. Upon paid registration, you will receive an email with details on how to reserve your hotel room at the low discounted rate of $319 nightly, plus taxes and fees.

No. The conference pass includes all keynotes, sessions, networking events, hall of solutions and meals offered during conference hours.

To get your conference discounted rate at $319 per night (exclusive of taxes and fees), you will receive an email with booking information after registering for the conference.

Invoices will be available for groups of 11 or more only.

Please plan to arrive on Tuesday morning and to depart midday on Friday.

Dress code is business-casual attire. Because the event is indoors, you may want to bring a jacket or sweater.

Both the Nashville International Airport (BNA) and the John C. Tune Airport (JWN) are just nine miles from the hotel.
